  2. nope no comments... its was an unimpressionable interview.. hahaha... i think all in all it was a good lesson.. the short skit at the beginning was refreshing rather than always starting class the same way (no offense to Brad =D ) there was plenty of details and sufficient information. i think you guys covered a good range. the delivery was also good with plenty of interaction are anecdotes.. well done... :)

  3. I think this is the best presentation so far. (It was 'sticky'. I can still remember most of your covered points. No doubt the topic matters greatly to graduating peeps like me!)

    Great job, peeps!

I like the way your team iterate what you will be covering everytime before the start of your part. That may seemed to be redundant or extra, but I think it is necessary to give a scope of your presentation so audience can have a clear idea.

The flow is smooth. Very well presented with no hiccups.

Areas of improvement: Case study of a real experience/scenario.

  4. Thanks Daniel! Glad that you enjoy the skit. Was really taking a gamble in this peer teaching as we thought that skits are really not part of teaching. Teachers show videos, share stories, but act in class? Don't think so ya? Hope you will remember the interview to help you in your interview that is coming up.

  5. Thanks Yongxin for the suggestion. As I have not been through much interview myself, I did not share any real experience. I wanted to use the "starbucks coffee" activity to illustrate the idea of searching for information to prepare for interview but due to the arrangement of class and the lack of laptops to facilitate the activity, I changed it into a discussion session that did not turn up as effectively.

Guess I will have to think of back up plans in case such problems occur in my future presentation.

Glad that the session was useful to you. Good luck to your future interviews!
